Group Bible Speaking

On May 12, 2023, Wisdom Spring held its
annual Group Bible Speaking competition which
was categorized into three groups, from
elementary to secondary. Students felt their
adrenaline rush kick in as the faint voices of
their fellow competitors' recitation echoed along
the hallway. Teachers were also anxiously
giving their final reminders to prepare their
students. Finally, the "showdown" began.
Students truly gave their best to the Lord
through their presentations.
Each group was unique in its own way. The
younger ones truly showed that their little minds
were a gigantic computer compressors to mem-
orize more than twenty verses from the Book of
Luke, while others added in a sense of humor
and dramatic actions that were emotional. Our
top three winners from each category demon-
strated fantastic examples for the rest of the
students to learn from and thus become better
to improvise their performance in the future..

Group Bible Speaking may be tedious, yet, the
tremendous effort put into the preparation process
brings about countless rewards for students and
teachers. The Group Bible Speaking competition
therefore acted as a launching pad for God’s hand
to touch the individuals. This year's Group Bible
Speaking competition at Wisdom Spring is an
encounter for students to experience God’s love
and presence through the people around them.
His living Word is powerful to minister to each one
of us, "written not with ink but by the Spirit of the
living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of
flesh, that is, of the heart" (2 Corinthians 3:3). In a
nutshell, this year’s Group Bible Speaking compe-
tition is truly an irreplaceable, godly-impacted
experience.
